I'm Patricia Williams, an organizational leadership consultant and author of Social Services 360, a call to action for social service professionals to strengthen their communities by leading with love and purpose.

As an organizational leader with over 25 years of experience, I specialize in coaching teams to build organizational cultures rooted in the belief that every professional is a leader capable of supporting change.
